Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr Principal Product Trainer to lead the Training & Training Systems discipline within the Product Support CoTE. The role can be filled in Melbourne, FL or El Segundo, CA onsite, reporting to the PS Logistics Support Manager.

You will align programs and engineers to a cohesive training approach across the portfolio. The role requires deep expertise in Training Systems, independent reviews, and NCTA project support, with a focus on improving technical excellence and

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance that is in-scope and eligibility for TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of leadership experience OR Master's with 6+ OR PhD with 4+.
• Minimum 6 years of Training leadership/management in an integrated product team.
• Working knowledge of all twelve Product Support technical disciplines.
• Experience with DoD Logistics / Sustainment / MRO customers and military aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Training discipline strategy and set the technical priority for PS CoTE.
• Provide staff development, mentoring, and performance oversight for training staff.
• Own technical processes, manuals, and discipline tools across programs.
• Develop and deploy discipline training frameworks and measure effectiveness.
• Oversee NCTA and indirect budgets to improve discipline outcomes and program results.
• Represent the Training discipline in sector-wide technical development efforts.
