Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Sr. Principal Product Owner to lead the Enterprise Integration Services within the Data & Analytics ART.

You will own the integration portfolio spanning SFTP, middleware, API services, and modern data patterns, guiding a mix of internal engineers and external partners. In a SAFe environment, you will shape the product vision, drive modernization toward API-first cloud-native integration, and mentor other Product Owners across multiple platforms (MuleSoft,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise data/integration.
Experience working in SAFe or large-scale agile environments and participating in PI Planning.
Experience managing integration platforms, middleware, or enterprise connectivity services.
Experience with CP/G beverage or manufacturing supply chain integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Participate in PI Planning and ART ceremonies and manage team objectives.
Refine and prioritize the team backlog in a SAFe context with clear value hypotheses and acceptance criteria.
Lead Scrumban execution, manage WIP, and improve predictability with metrics.
Coach Product Owners and mentor others on backlog management and value delivery.
Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies to keep integration deliverables unblocked.
