Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Principal, Product Manager - Technical for Local & Services Advertising in Seattle, WA. You will own the multi-year strategy and drive the end-to-end lifecycle across ad formats and surfaces.

You will partner with engineering, science, and design to build agentic AI systems, define GTM plans, and scale to billions in revenue while maintaining latency and relevance across Amazon properties.

Qualifications

• Must have 12+ years in product/program management or equivalent
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products
• Experience leading engineering design projects and cross-functional teams
• Experience presenting to senior leadership on architectural trade-offs and risk

Responsibilities

• Define 3–5 year vision for Local & Services Advertising across surfaces
• Own cross-surface product architecture and integration strategy
• Lead AI/ML systems decisions for relevance, targeting and creative optimization
• Drive demand diversification and partnerships with SMBs and agencies
• Shape go-to-market plans and strategic communications for SVP-level reviews
• Act as single-threaded owner of end-to-end outcomes across org boundaries
• Define and scale the agentic task completion experience for local services
