Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience in growth-focused roles at SaaS or high-growth companies.
• Proven ability to drive growth at scale with viral adoption, engagement, and retention in large-scale products.
• Deep expertise in product-led growth mechanics and executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive into acquisition funnels, cohort behavior, and engagement metrics to uncover non-obvious patterns and rapid iteration cadences.
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Alliances to build product-led expansion mechanics and workspace virality.
• Design viral loops, referral systems, activation experiences, and network effects to drive organic acquisition and daily active users.
• Own Amazon Quick's multi-year growth strategy, defining channel priorities, viral coefficient modeling, and competitive benchmarking.
• Lead and develop a small, high-performing team of growth-focused PMTs and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Partnerships.
