Job summary

Amazon AGI is seeking a Principal PMT-ES to own strategy and delivery of externally-launched AI services for AWS customers. Define service shapes, adoption, and scale, working across science, engineering, and GTM to turn research into production AWS services with pricing and customer growth.

You will own the full lifecycle from concept to public launch and growth, including pricing, packaging, and adoption; collaborate with science and engineering teams and engage customers to validate PMF.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Technical Product Manager delivering SaaS/PaaS/LaaS.
• 5+ years in technical software development, IT, or related fields.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS with full lifecycle ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for customer-facing AI services.
• Define how SOTA AI capabilities become GA AWS services.
• Drive lifecycle from concept through GTM, pricing, packaging and adoption.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers on capability and timeline tradeoffs.
• Engage customers and field teams to shape roadmap and validate PMF.
• Own P&L, metrics, and health of the service; report to AWS leadership.
