Job description

Sr Principal PMT, Amazon Quick, Quick Suite Intelligence Platform

Job ID: 10459407 | Amazon.com Services LLC

Amazon Quick is redefining how people work — combining agentic AI, intelligent automation, and collaboration into a unified productivity platform that serves both prosumer power users and the world's largest enterprises. We are at an inflection point: the product is resonating with users, early adopters love it, and we want to help people transform how they operate with AI. We are seeking a world class growth leader who wants to join the journey to architect and execute the strategies that turn early traction into ubiquitous adoption.

We are seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager-Technical to own Amazon Quick's growth strategy across social and enterprise channels. This is a strategic product leadership position that requires deep understanding of the UX patterns, incentive structures, and engagement mechanics that drive durable, compounding growth. You will identify the structural levers that make adoption viral and retention inevitable — and you will execute against them with a small, high-caliber team of PMTs and in close partnership with teams across Amazon and our external partners.

This role reports to the Head of Product for Amazon Quick and is a key member of the Quick product leadership team. It carries high visibility, with routine engagement with AWS senior leadership including the AWS CEO.

Why This Role

The way people work is about to change permanently — and the product that captures that transition will define the next decade of productivity. Amazon Quick is positioned to be that product, and this role exists to ensure we grow at the pace the opportunity demands.

Key job responsibilities
  • Deep-dive into acquisition funnels, cohort behavior, and engagement metrics to uncover non-obvious patterns, building a rigorous experimentation culture with hypothesis frameworks and rapid iteration cadences
  • Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Alliances to build product-led expansion mechanics, workspace virality, and champion enablement features that turn individual adopters into organizational advocates
  • Design viral loops, referral systems, activation experiences, and network effects that drive organic acquisition, converting trial users into engaged daily users across prosumer and enterprise personas
  • Own Amazon Quick's multi-year growth strategy, defining channel priorities, viral coefficient modeling, engagement funnel diagnostics, and competitive benchmarking — building a compelling growth narrative reviewed by AWS senior leadership with routine CEO engagement
  • Lead and develop a small, high-performing team of growth-focused PMTs, driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Partnerships while fostering a culture of experimentation, intellectual honesty, and relentless focus on impact
Basic Qualifications
  • 15+ years of product management experience, with significant time in growth-focused roles at SaaS or high-growth product companies
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable growth outcomes at scale — viral adoption, engagement compounding, or revenue acceleration in products with 10M+ users or $500M+ revenue
  • Deep expertise in product-led growth mechanics: viral loops, referral systems, activation optimization, engagement flywheels, and retention engineering
  • Strong UX intuition — demonstrated ability to design experiences that drive behavioral change and engagement at the prosumer and enterprise level
  • Exceptional analytical depth — ability to deep-dive into complex engagement data, identify non-obvious patterns, and translate them into strategic action
  • Strong understanding of incentive design and behavioral economics as applied to product growth
  • Experience with both prosumer and enterprise B2B growth motions, including land-and-expand, seat expansion, and champion-led adoption
  • Deep technical fluency — ability to engage with engineering on system design, data architecture, experimentation infrastructure, and ML-driven personalization
  • Exceptional executive communication skills — able to write crisp, persuasive narratives and present with authority to AWS senior leadership
  • Experience working with industry analysts and press to drive top-tier engagement, awareness, and category leadership
  • Background in productivity, collaboration, or AI-powered products
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience scaling a product through the $100M → $1B ARR growth phase
  • Background in productivity, collaboration, or AI-powered products
  • Expertise in viral and network-effect growth models (not just paid acquisition)
  • Experience with marketplace or platform dynamics where growth compounds through ecosystem effects
  • Experience operating at VP/C-level with CEO-level reporting relationships and board-level visibility
  • Published thought leadership or industry recognition in growth strategy
  • Experience with AWS services or familiarity with the AWS go-to-market and partner ecosystem
  • MBA Preferred
