Headway is transforming mental healthcare access with a platform used by thousands of providers and patients across the U.S. We are seeking a Principal, Business Development on our Payer team to own partnerships with leading health plans, scale networks, and drive value-based collaborations at Headway.

You will own strategy, build relationships across payers, and lead complex contract expansions to broaden affordable care for Americans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading business development, ideally selling to health plans.
• Strong understanding of payer models and economics.
• Skilled relationship builder across all organizational levels.
• Thrives in ambiguity with a bias for outcomes and strategy.
• Operationally excellent with robust funnel management.
