Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Senior: Minimum 6 years of experience with design of mechanical systems
• Principal: Minimum 10 years of experience with design of mechanical systems
• Experience in power generation, nuclear power or government (DOE) projects
• Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and in teams
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• US Citizenship is required
• Approx. travel of 10% as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver High-Quality Engineering Documents: Prepare accurate and error-free drawings, sketches, calculations, and analyses
• Adhere to Standards: Develop engineering documents in alignment with client and regulatory requirements
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain knowledge of industry codes and advanced design techniques for the nuclear sector
• Commit to Excellence: Produce deliverables that meet QA standards and client expectations
• Build Lasting Client Relationships: Establish trust with clients through clear communication and solutions
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated designs
• Be Hands-On in the Field: Travel to plant sites for on-site assessments and client liaison
