ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer at the Senior & Principal level to join our Nuclear Design Group. This full-time role offers leadership and mentorship opportunities, with a career path from subject matter expert to people leader.

You will work on power plant modifications and design initiatives across multiple sites and travel to client locations as needed. The position emphasizes delivering high-quality engineering solutions, coordinating with multidisciplinary

Formación

Experience on power generation, nuclear power, or government DOE projects.
Strong writing and presentation skills for technical reports.
Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and in teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
US Citizenship required due to federal contract.
Approximate travel around 10%.

Responsabilidades

Deliver high-quality engineering documents meeting codes, standards, and client needs.
Adhere to client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements in engineering documents.
Stay current with industry codes, safety culture, and nuclear design techniques.
Produce deliverables that meet QA standards and project scope.
Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication.
Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure integrated designs.
Be hands-on in the field with on-site walkdowns and plant evaluations.
