RTX is seeking a senior-level engineer for an on-site role in the United States. The position focuses on Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and testing, with integrated product team collaboration to apply advanced signature control techniques.

You will develop proposals, BOEs, and present results to customers. The ideal candidate has a STEM degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with at least 7 years, and possesses a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design.
• Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and test Radar Cross Section (RCS).
• Collaborate in integrated product teams to apply signature control techniques to deliverables and assess system performance.
• Prepare Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation and proposals.
• Present testing and design results to internal and external customers
