Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned professional for an onsite role focused on Radar Cross Section design, analysis and testing. You will contribute to integrated product teams applying advanced signature control techniques across deliverables and help assess system performance.

The role requires a STEM degree with 7+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years, and a Secret security clearance. You will prepare proposals, BOEs, and present findings to customers.

Qualifications

Requires STEM degree and 7+ years experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years experience.
Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design.
Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test.
Work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in assessment of system performance.
Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers.
