Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned engineering professional for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ, to advance radar cross section (RCS) design, analysis, and testing within integrated product teams.

The role involves preparing proposals and basis of estimate, presenting results to customers, and contributing to high‑level signature control for next‑generation weapon systems. A STEM degree with 10+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 7+ years) and a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with extensive experience in RCS.
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design.
• Secret Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test.
• Work in integrated product teams to incorporate signature control techniques into deliverables.
• Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
• Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers.
