Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a senior RCS engineer to design, analyze, and test Radar Cross Section components in an onsite role. You will collaborate in integrated product teams to advance signature-control techniques for defense systems.

The position requires a STEM degree with extensive experience in RCS measurement and design, along with familiarity with SENTRi/XPATCH. Clearance and related experience are highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience performing RCS measurement, prediction, and/or design.
• Prefer experience with high temp RCS reduction techniques and infrared signature analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and test Radar Cross Section (RCS).
• Work in Integrated Product Teams to apply signature-control techniques.
• Prepare Proposals and Basis of Estimate (BOE).
• Present testing, analysis, and design results to customers.
