They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the front-end experience of our products. They are small group of remote developers based all over the world. We are choosy about the developers and clients the work with. We deliver biometric recognition services to our customers without fuss or drama. We are looking to add to the team with EST based senior developer.

As our Lead Principal Engineer Full Stack, you're the visionary architect steering our digital identity revolution. You'll shape our technical strategy, collaborate with and guide diverse, cross-functional teams—from frontend and backend developers to DevOps, testing, security, and product experts—ensuring every solution we release meets two non-negotiable criteria: it works like a charm and never compromise personal data. You'll craft pixel-perfect, accessible front ends and build rock-solid, cloud-based back ends, while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to maintain momentum and showcase a privacy-first experience. You will be the heart and soul of our technology vision, blending technical excellence with strategic leadership and humor.

Your day begins by leading our remote, global teams to create a high-performance, collaborative environment that inspires without micromanaging. You'll mentor engineers across multiple time zones, promote healthy work habits, and develop multi-year technical roadmaps focused on innovations like next-gen biometrics, privacy, and practicality. Staying updated on emerging tech—ML, cryptonets, blockchain, MPC, ZKP, AI/ML for security, C++, WebAssembly—is crucial. You'll implement Agile methodologies and streamline CI/CD workflows to deliver secure, production-ready software. You'll develop web applications using modern front-end frameworks (React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS) and build robust back-end systems with Node.js (Express.js, NestJS, Next.js) on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) via containerization and Infrastructure as Code.

Security and compliance are everyone's responsibility. You'll enforce secure coding practices, threat modeling, penetration testing, and oversee GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, ISO 27001 compliance. You'll manage risk to ensure high availability, low latency, and scalability, using tools like Monday and GitHub for transparency.

To qualify, you need deep experience leading cloud-native platforms, at least five years in senior roles guiding SaaS/PaaS solutions, distributed systems, or digital identity tech. You should master full-stack development, balancing accessible front ends (React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS) with reliable back-end frameworks (Node.js with Express.js, NestJS, Next.js), and modern API design (REST, GraphQL).

Your expertise extends to cloud and DevOps: proficiency in AWS and GCP, Infrastructure as Code, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, IAM, FIDO2, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and cryptography (FIPS 140-3, TLS, AES). Experience with DevSecOps, SOC 2, PCI-DSS is a plus.

Beyond technical skills, you excel at team building and communication, mentoring distributed teams, rallying stakeholders, driving Agile practices, and managing complex projects smoothly. Additional credentials like an advanced degree or familiarity with homomorphic encryption, differential privacy, or biometric recognition are advantageous. Due to serving banking clients, passing criminal and financial background checks is required.
