Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, and/or industry related field.
• Master's degree with 6 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, and/or industry related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Clearance within a reasonable period.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, IBM Cognos software, COBRA.
• Knowledge of EVMS/FAR/DFARS

Responsibilities

• Lead the program’s EAC/profitability process with PM and cost teams and report to leadership.
• Coordinate monthly financial forecasting and reporting, and analyze sensitivities.
• Oversee invoicing and collections with cross-functional teams to ensure cash flow.
• Contribute to LRSP and AOP development and financial modeling.
• Mentor analysts and drive efficiencies across the team.
• Provide weekly/monthly cost variance and trend analyses.
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews and strategic discussions.
• Support SOX compliance and DoD financial rhythms.
