You will drive discovery, evaluate technologies, and translate market opportunities into differentiated products while mentoring engineers and shaping roadmaps. Travel as needed; a proven technical leader is essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or applicable discipline.
• 15+ years working knowledge and experience of electric power systems or equivalent.
• Recognized as a leader and expert within SEL and industry practices; strong cross-functional innovation.
• Excellent technical training, speaking, and writing skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, development, evaluation, and advancement of SPS opportunities.
• Translate market opportunities into product requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Provide deep expertise to ensure solutions address market needs and deliver value.
• Influence product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases for growth.
