Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in electrical/electronics/related engineering field.
• 15–19 years of related experience for Bachelor's degree path or 12–17 years for Master's path.
• Expert understanding of signal integrity, EMI/EMC, hardware integration, and testing.
• Proven ability to evaluate design performance and guide executive leadership on strategy.
• Proficient with EDA tools (Altium, OrCAD, LTspice) and engineering analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering leadership to improve execution and quality of engineering processes.
• Define hardware strategies, architectures, design methodologies, and roadmaps.
• Foster rapid and agile prototype development with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor senior engineers and strengthen technical capability across programs.
• Approve design methodologies, verification approaches, and engineering recommendations for major programs.
• Provide post-production/in-orbit customer support and technical governance across the organization.
