Job summary
BryceTech is seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer/Scientist to provide scientific, engineering, and technical strategic advisory support to the Air Force Research Laboratory under the JUPITER program. This role will provide senior-level expertise to support assessment, planning, development, integration, and transition of advanced technologies and research programs.
The position requires strong background in space or information warfare, and the ability to advise AFRL leadership on
Qualifications
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI).
- Doctoral degree in engineering or science with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or a master's with at least 14 years, or a bachelor's with at least 20 years.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level scientific, engineering, and technical advisory support to AFRL leadership.
- Conduct strategic technology planning and recommendations for current and future R&D investments.
- Evaluate status, technical merit, feasibility, and impact of ongoing and proposed technology programs.
- Conduct technical studies, analyses, evaluations, and trade studies.
- Prepare and deliver technical briefings and reports for AFRL leadership and senior government stakeholders.
