Job summary

BryceTech is seeking an Organizational Developer to support AFRL/Jupiter under the Space Warfare Directorate at Kirtland AFB, NM. The role focuses on organizational development, planning, leadership development, and change management to align across technical and organizational stakeholders within the JUPITER program.

You will assess current and future organizational needs, facilitate workshops, and support strategic initiatives to improve collaboration, mission effectiveness, and workforce

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI).
• Four-year degree in a field related to organizational development or duties.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational development, planning, or leadership development.
• Ability to communicate with senior government leadership and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational development and advisory support to AFRL leadership and programs.
• Support strategic planning and development of organizational capabilities for mission requirements.
• Assess structures, processes, and workforce needs; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations to enhance mission effectiveness and collaboration.
