Job summary

BryceTech is seeking a Senior Engineer/Scientist to provide expert advisory support to the AFRL Space Warfare and Information & Spectrum Warfare Directorates under the JUPITER program at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico. The role requires DoD TS/SCI clearance and extensive engineering experience within space and spectrum domains.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, technology assessment, and transition activities, with collaboration across government, industry, and academia.

Qualifications

• DoD TS/SCI with SCI eligibility.
• PhD with 7+ years, MS with 9, or BS with 12 years of experience.
• Experience in Space or Information and Spectrum systems or technologies.
• Ability to conduct technical analysis, evaluation, and provide sound recommendations.
• Excellent written and oral communication for briefings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level scientific, engineering, and technical advisory support to AFRL/JR and AFRL/RF.
• Support technology investment planning and strategy for space and information/spectrum warfare domains.
• Evaluate technologies for technical merit, feasibility, maturity, and warfighter impact.
• Conduct studies, analyses, evaluations, and trade studies.
• Prepare technical briefs, reports, and decision-support materials.
