Job summary

BryceTech is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team on the AFRL JUPITER contract. You will act as the primary BryceTech interface with government leadership, ensuring delivery of advisory and assistance services that support Space Warfare and Information & Spectrum Warfare directorates.

Responsibilities include program leadership, staffing, financial performance, QA, and subcontractor management while delivering exceptional technical support to AFRL leadership.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance (Top Secret with SCI eligibility).
• Master's degree in engineering, physical science, business, management, organizational leadership, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible experience managing complex DoD or Federal Government contracts.
• Experience managing scientific, engineering, research, or advanced technology programs.
• Experience supporting AFRL, Space Force, DARPA, or other Defense research orgs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, and technical advisors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as BryceTech's primary contact with CO, COR, and AFRL leadership.
• Provide overall program leadership, technical oversight, and contract administration.
• Manage day-to-day execution of advisory and assistance services supporting AFRL projects.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance management for specialized personnel.
• Develop staffing plans to ensure uninterrupted mission support and track cost, schedule, and quality.
• Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and program management.
