Job summary

Clearwater Paper Corporation seeks a senior subject matter expert in coated board production to lead asset reliability strategies and drive predictive maintenance across sites. You will partner with plant teams to align maintenance, product development, quality systems, and technical support to improve productivity and long-term asset performance.

The role requires 10+ years in paper mill operations, 7+ years managing operating and capital budgets, and experience with CMMS (JD Edwards).

Qualifications

• Senior subject matter expert for papermaking across sites.
• Lead development and deployment of operational best practices and standards.
• Provide guidance for complex troubleshooting, shutdown planning and post-event reviews.
