Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive professional software engineering experience with hands-on delivery and leadership.
• 8+ years of senior technical leadership experience.
• 7+ years full-stack engineering with front-end and back-end mastery.
• 5+ years architecting scalable cloud-native enterprise systems.
• 3+ years AI/machine learning experience with AI-enabled applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architecture direction for Innovation Lab initiatives.
• Design, build, and review full stack software solutions and AI-enabled apps.
• Rapidly prototype concepts and validate ideas with stakeholders.
• Establish engineering standards and governance for the lab.
• Collaborate with ED&T, cybersecurity, data, and business teams to accelerate innovation.
• Mentor engineers and build long-term technical capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for enterprise applicability.
