Qualifications

• Experience leading efforts across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with software for communications or similar products.
• 7 years of embedded software development experience.
• 7 years of Python and C/C++ experience.
• Typically requires a STEM degree and 10+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop embedded software and communication products in C/C++ and Rust.
• Lead requirements, implementation, test development, and certification efforts.
• Develop tools and CI/CD infrastructure for automated testing.
• Serve as a technical lead, mentoring software developers and guiding execution.
• Lead large initiatives, organize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Support cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
