Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer for Ground Combat Systems to lead electrical architectures, RF/antenna integration, and EW capabilities across modernization programs.

You will coordinate with government stakeholders and contractors to ensure technical solutions meet requirements and milestones. The role requires strong systems engineering, cost/schedule management, and experience with SOWs/PWSs, with TS/SCI clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Electrical/Electronics or closely related discipline.
• 9+ years of engineering and acquisition experience in defense systems or training systems.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience developing SOWs, PWSs, acquisition plans, cost estimates, and IDIQ/Task Order contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration, modernization, and lifecycle support of ground combat, threat, and training systems with emphasis on electrical, RF, antenna, and electronic architectures.
• Provide technical leadership for antenna placement and EMC assessments, and integration of emitter systems and countermeasure technologies.
• Evaluate vehicle electrical architectures and recommend design improvements for survivability and interoperability.
• Develop and manage SEPs, SOWs, PWSs, CDRLs, and acquisition documentation.
