Job summary

You will perform modeling, link-budget analysis, and performance assessments to guide design decisions and ensure system readiness in lab and field environments. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field, and 15+ years of RF experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• 15+ years of RF systems engineering experience.
• Experience with RF communications, radar, EW, SIGINT, or related tech.
• Proficiency with RF analysis tools (MATLAB, ADS, CST, HFSS).
• Knowledge of RF propagation and antenna theory.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and evaluate RF subsystems, components, and architectures.
• Perform RF modeling, simulation, link budget analysis, and performance assessments.
• Develop and review requirements, interface documentation, and engineering artifacts.
• Support system integration, verification, validation, and tests.
• Conduct trades studies and recommend improvements to performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with government and cross-functional teams across lifecycle stages.
