Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12 years aerospace structural design experience, or Master's with 10 years, or PhD with 8 years of related experience.
- Experience leading a system’s development from concept to sustainment (cradle-to-grave).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and oral communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute on aircraft subsystem development from inception to final integration.
- Create hydraulic and electrical schematics for functional systems.
- Lead subcontractor management and act as technical point of contact for suppliers.
