Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal DevOps Engineer to join the Prisma AIRS shared services team. You will shape the platform that defines how we build and ship software, and set the technical direction that other engineers follow.

You will lead a team of engineers, drive automation, and champion robust security and reliability across multiple squads while mentoring others to raise the bar for performance and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps/SRE/Cloud Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on with modern IaC tools and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Deep Kubernetes expertise in large-scale production environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate scalable cloud infrastructure for Prisma AIRS.
• Lead GitOps adoption with automated, observable deployment pipelines.
• Set technical direction for shared platform services across teams.
• Mentor engineers and raise automation and security standards.
