Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 10+ years experience or Master's with 8+ years
• Deep expertise in scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems with Python or Golang
• Designing enterprise-wide Microservices architectures and high-throughput APIs
• Cloud-native solutions (GCP preferred), databases, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability
• Ability to drive consensus across multi-team boundaries and mentor engineers
• Hands-on experience with agentic workflows or multi-agent orchestrations

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams with Product Management, SRE, ML, and QA to deliver enterprise-grade security as a service offerings.
• Tackle complex technical challenges across system boundaries, translating vision into backend architectures.
• Drive performance and efficiency optimizations to maximize throughput and reduce latency.
• Advocate modern engineering practices, including agentic coding workflows and spec-driven development.
• Lead architectural design and execution of large-scale enterprise systems with model serving infrastructure.
• Mentor senior and junior engineers to foster technical excellence.
