Job summary

Lilly IT seeks a Senior Principal Data Scientist to design and build next-generation agentic AI and ML solutions across employer-intelligence and real-world evidence initiatives. You will own the AI reasoning layer end-to-end, collaborating with business and Technology teams to solve high-volume problems with trustworthy AI.

The role demands expertise in ML fundamentals, multi-agent workflows, evaluation design, and modern LLM techniques, while mentoring others and setting development standards

Qualifications
