Lilly in Indianapolis seeks a Principal AI/ML Engineer to design and build the engineering backbone for agentic AI platforms powering the Lilly Employer Organization. You will orchestrate data and model pipelines, end-to-end workflows, and secure integrations with partners, collaborating with data scientists to productionize models at scale.

With 4+ years in AI/ML production and strong Python, you will advance observability, governance, and scalable deployment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field and experience in AI/ML production environments.
• 4+ years of experience developing, deploying, or maintaining AI, ML, or data systems in production environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsabilités

• Design and build engineering backbone for AI/ML systems in production.
• Develop data and model pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and serving infrastructure.
