Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis, IN seeks an Agentic AI Solutions Lead to design, build, and deploy AI‑enabled workflows and agentic sourcing systems for ESCO's external network. The role focuses on practical AI tooling, knowledge extraction, and scalable decision support across CDMO/CMO data and documents.

Qualifications

Earned Master's degree in Computational/Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field.
Minimum 5 years of post‑degree experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or equivalent.
2+ years building AI/ML solutions in Python/R with relevant libraries.
3+ years translating business needs into AI/automation workflows.
Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Build AI-enabled workflows and agentic sourcing systems end‑to‑end.
Develop knowledge extraction and QA for structured/unstructured sourcing content.
Design guardrails, monitoring, and human‑in‑the‑loop escalation patterns.
Collaborate with Tech@Lilly and PRD Strategy to align with standards.
Translate model outputs into clear decision-support visuals for stakeholders.
