Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal or Senior Principal Cyber Systems Engineer to join the Specialty Engineering Team on site in Woodland Hills, CA. The role focuses on implementing RMF security controls, working with Agile practices, and delivering secure DoD systems.

You will collaborate across engineering teams, develop documentation, and ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-53/800-171. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with applicable experience.
• Experience implementing security controls per government standards.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and 800-171.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Implement RMF security controls and select/ tailor security measures.
