Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years in contract administration, or a Master’s with 6+ years.
• Active U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Full Scope Poly.
• US Citizenship required.
• Experience with FAR, DFAR, and other government contracting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead solicitation, RFP review/analysis, proposal preparation, and signoff.
• Negotiate, administer, extend and close standard and nonstandard contracts.
• Establish relationships with customers via email, phone and in-person.
• Collaborate with the program team to monitor contract funding and payments.
• Advise management of contractual rights and obligations.
• Enter and maintain contract data in Contract Management System and ERP.
• Analyze and negotiate non-disclosure, teaming, and software licensing agreements.
