Job summary

Argano is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant - Agentic Operations to lead a multi-disciplinary team identifying transformation opportunities and implementing AI-enabled workflows across middle and back-office operations.

You will collaborate with business leaders to design scalable solutions, build robust business cases, and drive adoption through change management, governance, and stakeholder engagement across technology and organizational boundaries.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in management/operations consulting or related fields.
• Experience leading complex business or technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong business case development, modeling, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player who engages across organizational design, technical architecture, and agentic AI implementation.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities by prioritizing and developing business cases for high-impact operational efficiency opportunities.
• Build and manage a portfolio of transformation initiatives aligned to strategic business objectives.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions and agentic workflows.
• Lead pilots and implementations, partnering with technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Support design and implementation of change management, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption.
