Job summary

• Experience using audience insights and engagement analytics to shape strategy and improve outcomes.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Track record as a communicator who thrives on managing a variety of initiatives concurrently, and on deadline.
• Self-starter able to work independently or in a group, adapt to shifting priorities, and who enjoys creating and implementing systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• People leadership: Supervise three or more staff and oversee five+ vendor contractors with full responsibility for results.
• Communications consulting: Develop strategic plans for complex initiatives and guide business partners and Operators to achieve goals.
• Strategic alignment: Align messaging with enterprise strategies and document priorities with leaders.
• Executive communications: Advise Executive Committee members on leadership messages and platforms.
• Communications capabilities expansion: Develop strategies using AI and new tools to reach audiences.
• Crisis Communications leadership: Represent Corporate Communications in crisis planning and incident responses.
• Change communications: Assess impact on audiences and define channel strategy for internal audiences.
• Cross-functional team representation: Provide leadership around key strategies and initiatives.
• Project oversight: Manage deadline-driven initiatives with vendors and in-house teams within budget.
• Relationships: Build ongoing relationships with Corporate Communications and key stakeholders across the business.
