Job summary

This senior role oversees professional development, data integrity in the Learning Management System, and initiatives across attendance, discipline, and teacher diversity, with a portfolio of 6–8 schools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years classroom teaching experience with 3 years in supervisory/administrative roles.
• Building Level Administrator Certification or Superintendent Certification required unless otherwise stated.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop and evaluate principals to improve student achievement.
• Lead professional development and ensure PD data integrity in the LMS.
• Oversee attendance, discipline and alternative learning initiatives to support student outcomes.
• Coordinate with district leadership to implement district policies and procedures.
• Support district priorities in equity, inclusion, and instructional improvement.
