You will lead multifaceted projects across new construction, rehabilitation and commissioning, mentor senior staff, and develop key owner and architect relationships while driving business development and strategic

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in building envelope consulting, design or related field.
• PE, RA or equivalent professional licensure.
• Strong technical expertise across facade and building enclosure systems.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Established client relationships and a track record of developing new business.
• Experience managing and growing a consulting practice.
• Strong client facing, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex building envelope projects across new construction, rehabilitation and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain senior relationships with major owners, architects, developers and industry partners.
• Drive business development, strategic pursuits and expansion of key client accounts.
• Provide senior technical oversight across facades, waterproofing, fenestration, roofing and specialty enclosure systems.
• Mentor senior technical staff and support the development of future leaders within the practice.
• Help shape business strategy, operational priorities and long term growth initiatives.
• Support the financial performance and continued expansion of the New York practice.
