• Lead cross-team initiatives, negotiating priorities without direct authority.
• Ship platform capabilities on Kubernetes across AWS and GCP; hands-on in complex areas.
• Own production reliability, monitor SLOs, and mitigate security risks.
• Mentor engineers and help grow the team with strong technical leadership.
