Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Oklahoma City is seeking a Sr. Principal Electronics Engineer to lead research, design, and sustainment of avionics and related systems on the ADD program. The role requires a strong electronics background, DoD/EMI knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across engineering teams.

Located on-site with a 9/80 schedule, the position requires eligibility for a US government Secret clearance and SAP access. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline with 8+ years of related experience OR Master’s with 6+ years OR PhD with 4+ years.
• Experience with electronics systems and qualification/testing for flight equipment.
• Familiarity with Nuclear, EMI, Reliability and Logistics disciplines for cross-group coordination.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, integrate, and test electronic equipment across power, communications, flight controls, networks and more.
• Mentor engineers and interface with suppliers to maintain technical direction.
• Support cost/schedule impact assessments and ensure compliance with processes and quality standards.
