Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of ASIC/FPGA design or verification.
• Experience with SystemVerilog design and verification.
• Hardware-based integration and test experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead FPGA/ASIC designs and manage teams to meet program milestones.
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to drive requirements capture.
• Explore ASIC/FPGA tech trade-offs and select optimal parts considering SCRAP.
• Implement FPGA/ASIC with HDL design and physical realization.
• Integrate DSP/IP and third-party IP as needed.
• Perform static timing analysis, linting, CDC checks.
• Develop Functional Coverage models and code coverage.
• Create self-checking test benches using OOP and UVM.
• Drive FPGA-based prototyping and hardware validation.
• Mentor junior engineers across the department.
