Job summary

Boeing Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems seeks ASIC/FPGA Design Verification Engineers (Lead or Senior) to drive verification of advanced space and aviation systems. Roles are based in El Segundo or Huntington Beach, CA, and require onsite work with strong UVM and SystemVerilog expertise.

Lead and Senior levels expect independent ownership of verification scope, development of reusable verification infrastructure, and mentorship of teams across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 9+ years in ASIC/FPGA/SoC verification or BS/MS with 7+ years in verification.
• Strong SystemVerilog with RTL debugging and fluent UVM experience.
• Experience standing up verification environments and reusable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Independently own verification scope and contribute across planning, simulation, debug, and closure.
• Establish and expand SystemVerilog and UVM environments with reusable infra and UVC development.
• Define verification objectives, measure closure, and apply coverage-based metrics.
• Mentor engineers and lead verification workstreams across programs.
• Collaborate across RTL, firmware/software, and system boundaries; onsite leadership.
