Job summary

Boeing Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems is seeking ASIC/FPGA Verification Engineers (Lead or Senior) to join our Electronic Products team in El Segundo or Huntington Beach, CA. You will independently own verification scope, develop scalable UVM-based environments, and mentor junior engineers.

Ideal candidates bring strong SystemVerilog and UVM experience, with 9+ years in ASIC/FPGA/SoC verification and a track record of building reusable verification infrastructure.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain a US security clearance.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 9+ years in ASIC/FPGA/SoC verification or 7+ years with BS/MS.
• Strong SystemVerilog experience for simulation and RTL debugging, fluent UVM.
• 2+ projects establishing verification environments and reusable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own verification scope and support planning, traceability, and closure.
• Establish SystemVerilog and UVM environments with reusable infra.
• Define objectives, measure closure with coverage and traceability.
• Mentor engineers and lead verification workstreams as needed.
• Work onsite at El Segundo or Huntington Beach, CA.
