The candidate will drive design validation, collaborate with test engineers, and contribute to architectural trade-offs and layout optimizations. Hybrid onsite preference with WA remote option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 15+ years of engineering experience in semiconductor industry.
• 8+ years in analog and mixed-signal IC design with DC-DC power converters.
• Strong communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with EDA tools and production release of PMICs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of high-performance analog power management ICs with focus on efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with system engineers to define architecture and specs balancing performance, power, and cost.
• Select and implement robust circuit topologies and ensure manufacturability.
• Perform transistor-level design, simulation, and validation to meet specs.
• Coordinate with layout to optimize floor planning and silicon performance.
• Engage with global teams to align development strategies.
• Define validation methodologies and optimize production tests.
• Present design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders.
