Qualifications

• Experience translating governance requirements into technical controls, automated workflows, and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience implementing guardrails, access control, auditing, and observability for complex systems.
• Proven ability to work with Privacy, Legal, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and EA teams in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI governance capabilities across the lifecycle from intake to observability.
• Translate policies and standards into technical controls and governance workflows.
• Develop reusable governance components embedded in AI pipelines and platforms.
• Automate evidence collection and documentation to support audits and assurance.
• Establish guardrails for AI systems, including usage constraints and safeguards.
• Collaborate with privacy, legal, cybersecurity, and supply chain teams to integrate controls.
