• 8+ years in data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML with production Gen‑AI delivery.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SHARP, MES and related data.
• Hands-on ML/AI development: prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, multi-step workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of agentic AI and data modernization solutions.
• Mentor engineers and lead code/design reviews.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape roadmaps and vendor management.
• Develop data pipelines and maintain data governance and compliance.
