Job summary

DataJobs is seeking an experienced data and AI architect to design agentic, end-to-end data solutions for Global Supply Chain and MQ in an onsite Indianapolis role. You will own architecture, mentor engineers, and drive data modernization across lakehouse and cloud platforms.

You will work with SAP S/4HANA/ECC, SHARP, MES, and modern AI tools to build scalable pipelines, orchestration, and RAG-based workflows, ensuring governance and performance across production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years in data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML, including Gen-AI or agentic app delivery.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, SHARP, and MES data/analytics.
• Hands-on ML, AI, and agent development (prompting, tool calls, RAG, embeddings).
• Deep knowledge of agent frameworks and production LLM APIs; cloud experience with Azure/AWS.

Responsibilities

• Own design and architecture for agentic AI and data modernization across Global Supply Chain and MQ.
• Define standards for cloud-based data modeling, pipelines, and agent orchestration.
• Mentor engineers and lead code/design reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape roadmaps and manage build-vs-buy decisions.
