Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, seeks a Senior Principal Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Solution Train Engineer (STE) to lead multi-team Agile trains and coordinate cross-train integrations for mission-critical defense programs.

You will develop and manage roadmaps, drive Lean/CI improvements, and champion digital engineering tools while coordinating with engineering, product, and program leadership to ensure achievable outcomes.

Competenze

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
• Experience leading multi-team synchronization and managing dependencies across trains.
• Experience with Agile roadmaps, roadmapping, and program performance reviews.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management data to monitor performance and guide actions.

Mansioni

• Lead Senior Principal Release Train Engineer and/or Solution Train Engineer for complex, multi-team Agile trains.
• Manage Agile roadmaps across teams, trains, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate events like Increment Planning, Roadmapping, Retrospectives, and risk reviews.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting cost, schedule, or integration.
• Partner with engineering, product, and program leadership to keep roadmaps achievable.
• Promote Lean and CI practices to improve flow and value delivery.
• Champion digital engineering tools and automation to streamline delivery.
• Monitor delivery and Earned Value performance and drive corrective actions.
