Tripadvisor is looking for an ambitious, strategic, and commercially minded individual to join our commercial team and lead a strategic approach to agency development for our Americas market. The Agency Development Partner will be responsible for accelerating media revenue across focus hold cos and agencies, supporting our global Sales team by playing an integral role in driving growth strategies to realize our potential with under penetrated buyers and budgets. This passionate, strategic and highly effective individual will break new business and uncover new areas of opportunity across the entire agency landscape.
Job Location: Hybrid. This role is a hybrid position that requires 3-5 days per month in our New York office.

What We Offer
The salary range for this role is $155,000 - $185,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
