Fluor Corporation seeks a Contracts Specialist to support the development and negotiation of contract terms, templates, and documentation for diverse projects. You will coordinate with project controls, legal, management, and stakeholders to ensure compliant and cost-effective contracting practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's or global equivalent in a related field; 1 year of related experience or 5 years if no degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Experience with contract terms, change management, and vendor coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in development of standard contract templates for a project.
• Participate in negotiation of contract terms and conditions and interface with project teams.
• Support internal RFP processes and draft/finalize contract documents.
• Assist in contract management post-award activities including performance evaluation and invoicing.
• Assist in closeout of contracts and resolution of outstanding issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
